Description of Action |
|
The City owns, maintains and operates the Dania Fishing Pier, which lies partially within the municipal boundaries, but most of which is seaward of the eastern boundary. The City has the use of the lands on which the pier is located by virtue of a Sovereignty Submerged Lands Lease issued by the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida.
